Q: How can I place an order with your company?

A: You may place your order online by finding the item or items of you choice and following the link to the shopping cart. You may also send you order via e-mail to sales@allstates-flag.com, or fax it to (877) 688-3524, or by calling our toll free number of 1-800-688-FLAG(3524)

Q: How long should a flag last?

A: Much of this depends on the care and quality put in by the manufacture as well as the care you give the flag. How long you allow the flag to fly without attention, how the location of the flag effects this as well as the weather conditions. Of course the largest factor effecting longevity is you.

Q: How long will it be before my order is shipped?

A: We normally ship all products within 7-10 business days from the date of the order. We take pride in our ability to make the fastest shipment possible. We cannot, however, be responsible for delays once the merchandise is in the hands of a common carrier or the U.S. Postal Service.

Q: How can I receive a quote for a custom flag or banner?

A: You may contact us directly or simply use our quote form for this, please see the customs page for assistance.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Over 10 years.

Q: How do I determine the correct size flag or flagpole?

A: The length of your flag should be at least 1/4 the height of your flagpole. For example, a 40' flagpole requires a 6' x10' flag or larger. This guideline applies to flagpoles 20' and larger. Most residential flags are 3' x 5' or 4' x 6'. I t is not uncommon to see a factor of 1/3 being used.

Q: How can I determine the when the United State Flag should be at half-mast?

A: You may subscribe to our half-mast automated mailing list, and receive notification whenever you should bring your flag to half-mast and for how long it should stay at half-mast.

Q: Can I order a flag that I've seen on your mirror site: F.O.T.W.?

A: Yes you can, please e-mail us with the actual address of the referenced flag. I.e., http://www.allstates-flag.com/fotw/images/sk-gbely.gif for the Gbely flag.
