Town of Byala, Province of Varna (Have in mind that there is a town and
municipality with the same name in Province of Ruse). According to the Ordinance
for the Symbols of Town of Byala issued by Municipality Council of Byala on Sep
2, 2004, the flag is white over dark blue with the "coat of arms" in upper
"left" corner. Ratio: 3:5.
