Labranzagrande is a municipality in the Colombian Department
of Boyacá, part of the the subregion of the La Libertad
Province. It became a municipality on 1 April 2008.
The flag of Labranzagrande
is horizontally divided blue-green with white triangle at the
hoist. The triangle is charged with twelve red stars in
semi-circle.
Information in Spanish:
"Como acto especial enmarcado en este 7 de Agosto, se
acogió mediante Acuerdo Municipal No. 013 del 28 de mayo de
2008, uno de los emblemas del Municipio como es la Bandera, de
conformidad con el vaticinio del jurado calificador según
concurso abierto por el Concejo Municipal el pasado mes de
Febrero del año en curso.
La bandera Municipal, tienen las siguientes características:
Franja Verde, franja Azul y triángulo blanco con doce estrellas
de color rojo."
