one can see the correct flag.
Dov Gutterman, 12 May 2002
The flag of Risaralda was adopted 3 December 1969. The Previous Flag was of thirteen stars for the
municipalities of the department changed later on to fourteen
stars. The green represents the fertility and agricultural
wealth. Though the correct flag is the one which has a stars
arch, the manufacture has imposed the semicircle model. The stars
in the model of 14 from the vexillologist Profesor Restrepo Uribe
appears with stars in progressive rotation that it is the correct
form, though not the used.
