The National Conscience Party (NCP) declares itself as ‘people-focused, people-centered, people oriented, and people propelled’ and as a ‘Party for poor people’. The NCP has developed a 10-Care Programme which consists of: Employment Care; Food Care; Water Care; Health Care; Housing Care; Education Care; Electricity Care; Telecommunications Care; Transportation Care; Safety & Security Care.
