Bergambacht municipality

Number of inhabitants: 9.273; area: 38,05 km². Settlements: Ammerstol, Bergambacht (seat), Berkenwoude. The present municipality was formed on 1 Jan 1985 by the merger of the former municipalities of Ammerstol, Bergambacht and Berkenwoude.
The flag adoped by municipal resolution 30 Dec 1986.
