Dħbrowa commune flag

Dħbrowa - rural commune, Mogilno County, Kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodship - German name: Kaiserfelde.
Gmina Dħbrowa is a rural gmina (commune) in Mogilno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Dħbrowa.
Area:110.51 sq.km (42.7 sq.mi); Population: 4,711 (2006).
The name is derived from "Dħb" = oak tree

First mentioned in 1357
1630 - arrival of the Dutch settlers
1655-1656- destruction by the invading Swedes
1720-1721- destruction during the Northern War
1774- to Prussia, as a result of partitions of Poland, influx of German colonists.
1919 - disarming of German troops, Germans leaving, ownership is assumed by the State Treasury.
Soccer (football) teams: GLZS Olimpia Dħbrowa and Promieñ Szczepanowo.

Arms and flag adopted on February 6, 2003 (resolution # III/17/2003).
"Arms: on a green field an image of a golden oak tree with a white kerchief shaped into a ring (from the noble CoA "Nalecz") tied around the trunk.
Flag is of colors green and yellow with the Arms on yellow."
