Czosnów commune flag

Czosnów - rural commune, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki County, Mazowieckie Voivodship.
Formed out of former communes of Czosnów and Kazuń.
First mentioned in the papal bull of Hadrian IV in 1158.

Arms adopted on October 20, 2002 (resolution # 177/XXXII/2002).
"Arms: on the red shield the CoA "Kolumna" of the Czosnowski Family, the oldest known owners of the area (white column topped with gold crown).
On it, superimposed initial "C" in gold color."

Flag: in April 2006, the commune held a competition for the flag. Winning design was # 20 (included) which was supposed to be submitted for the approval of the Heraldic Commission in Warsaw.
There is no mention of the conclusion of the affair, neither on the website of the commune or anywhere else.
My inquiry at the commune's office still awaits an answer.
