Jastarnia - urban commune, Puck County, Pomorskie Voivodship - Kashubian name: Jastarniô; German name: (Putziger) Heisternest
Jastarnia is a small town in Puck County, Pomeranian Voivodship, northern Poland.
It is located on the Hel Peninsula on the Baltic Sea. Popular Polish seaside resort and small fishing port.
Urban commune of Jastarnia consists of 3 districts: Jastarnia, Ku¼nica, Jurata.
Area: 8 sq.km (3.1 sq.mi); Population: 4,033 (2006).

Arms and flag adopted on April 29, 2005 (resolution # XXVII/167/2005).
"Arms: on the golden background stylized letter "J" in the shape of the fishing hook.
On the right side are two fish stylizing letter "B" corresponding to the old name of the village Bór, which is now integral part of the city of Jastarnia.
Below are blue waves symbolizing the sea.

Flag: rectangular piece of cloth in the dimensions 110 cm by 70 cm in blue color with the Arms being placed in the middle of the flag."
