Description of the Flag

Based on a personal web site, developed by an inhabitant of Palau, which shows the flags of all the 16 states of Palau.  The flag is blue, with a yellow disk bearing a large five-pointed red star. According the census Kayangel has an area of 36 sq. km, a population of 421 inhabitants, and the capital is Ngermechau.
