Overview

The Coat of Arms and Flag of Rovenky (town in Luhansk oblast, Ukraine) were designed by O.Zhytnychenko and A.Zakoretskyi and adopted by local council on June 4, 2003. Symbols include black square (coal) and oak trees (oak forest in the middle of the town).
